For TrueSteam™ Detailing, we arrive fully equipped with our own water and power sources on board to complete the job. However, when we are at your home location, it can be more convenient (and quieter) to use your power outlets if available. For Steam Detailing, we kindly request a power source within 50 feet of the work area.

Yes, we accept both credit and debit cards for payment. You can choose whichever payment method you prefer. Please note that we do not accept checks.

We can perform detailing at your condo or work locations, provided there is enough space to move around the vehicle. Please ensure that we have permission to access the premises, as property management may have restrictions on on-site detailing. (*We clean up the floor after completing our job, leaving no trace of water behind.) Alternatively, we can work in nearby street parking, Green P parking, or plaza parking lots, as long as there is enough space to open the doors and park two cars.
